Project Review

If a technology or infrastructure project does not achieve the planned objectives, a project review is required to create transparency and to assess the risks in the scheduled deadline, cost and quality context, considering the available resources and existing general conditions.

The subject of project reviews are regular project planning, project organisation, reporting system, risk management, contract / supplier management and (particularly relevant for certifications and approvals) and project documentation.

Based thereon, it is important to determine all necessary remedial measures with resource and budget requirements and create the structural and procedural conditions for the project management according to plan.

If required, the adoption of the program / project management and/or tender as well as supplier management is possible.
