Your journey to quattron: Transparent and personal.
We place great value on a transparent application process that supports you step by step on your journey to joining us. Get to know us, show us what you can do, and become part of our team.
You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us, so you can be sure that we have received your application documents and will review them as soon as possible.
You can expect initial feedback on your application within about a week. You may also receive an invitation to a telephone interview at this stage.
The telephone interview is an opportunity for both sides to get to know each other. We’ll be happy to answer any initial questions you may have, for example about the next steps in the application process. If we both feel positive about the conversation, you’ll receive an invitation to a face-to-face meeting.
During the face-to-face meeting, you will meet members of management and relevant contacts. In this discussion, we would like to gain a better understanding of your professional interests and personal qualities. It is important to us that we are a good fit as employee and employer, as our project work is characterised in particular by good teamwork. During this meeting, we’ll discuss the key terms of the contract.
The next face-to-face meeting will give you an in-depth insight into our company and your potential workplace. To help you understand day-to-day work and project work from a different perspective, a consultant, an expert and/or a project manager will often also take part in this meeting.
Ideally, you will receive a contract offer, which we will send to you.
You’ve signed the contract: congratulations and welcome on board! We’re looking forward to having you with us and are preparing your onboarding.
