For several years, quattron has been responsible for all network modification measures for the implementation of the digital DAB+ standard for one of the major German broadcasters. This task involves the acquisition of sites, the planning and management of the conversion through to the management of suppliers and contractual partners.

  • Management of the tender, evaluating the tender results, and initiating the procurement process with the relevant client departments
  • Supporting the acceptance of the operational system and handover to the transmitter operations department
  • Organization and monitoring the elimination of defects 
  • Preparation of associated documentation for each location 
  • Coordination and organization of any necessary training measures for transmitter operation employees
