Your Scope of Work
As Senior Consultant (m/f/d you will assume responsibility in customer projects with the following tasks:

Providing consultancy and coaching for our clients in the fields of Strategy, Organization and Technology/Innovation Management
Independent and result-oriented execution of complex, technologically sophisticated infrastructure projects, including control over the consultancy and/or customer team
Strategic and business assessment of technology concepts as well as business models
Further development of our business consultancy methods and tools
Market processing, acquisition and customer development in the main strategic areas at quattron

Your Profile and Qualifications
If you have the following profile, then you fit in to the quattron team:

You have successfully completed your university studies in Business Administration, Business Engineering or a comparable education/vocational training
You have many years of professional experience – ideally in strategic top-management consulting and/or the rail sector, including the technology field
You have specialist expertise in the fields of strategy and organization development, economic assessments as well as project management
If possible, you also have basic technical skills in information technology, telecommunications and/or control/security technology
Strategic, entrepreneurial reasoning comes easy to you
You have good German and English language skills (business fluent), other language skills are beneficial
You can work on your own, have good communication and presentation skills and a convincing personality
Your strengths include flexibility, a confident, convincing appearance as well as empathy and a high level of personal motivation
You are a team player and are willing to travel on a national and international scale

Consultants (m/f/d) im Top Management Consulting

Your Scope of Work
As Consultant (m/f/d) you will assume responsibility in customer projects with the following tasks:

Incorporation in our consultancy team, and work at the client’s location right from the start
Independent cooperation with the client
Implementation of methods learned as well as independent execution or control of project modules and individual preparation of sub-concepts
Passing on know-how to younger colleagues
Preparation of top-management presentations
Gaining more in-depth know-how on methodical and sector-specific issues
Enhancement of your consultancy skills

Your Profile and Qualifications
If you have the following profile, then you fit in to the quattron team:

Successful completion of university studies in Business Administration with additional technical know-how, Business Engineering or a comparable qualification
At last 3 years professional experience – ideally in consulting and/or the rail sector including know-how of technological issues
Good strategic and entrepreneurial skills
Pragmatic approach
Enthusiasm and interest in technical issues
Initiative and convincing personality
Quick to understand complex issues, willing to learn, and ability to effectively solve problems
Very good German and English language skills
Confident with common Microsoft Office applications
Flexibility and willing to travel occasionally

Junior Consultants (m/f/d) im Top Management Consulting

Your Scope of Work
As Junior Consultant (m/f/d) you will assume responsibility in customer projects with the following tasks:

Incorporation in our consultancy team, and work at the client’s location right from the start
Familiarization with our clients, their structures and processes
Support for the Senior Consultant and project management in project tasks, analyses and research
Acquisition of methodical and sector-specific know-how
Independent execution of sub-project modules assigned to you
Continuous development of consulting skills

Your Profile and Qualifications
If you have the following profile, then you fit in to the quattron team:

Successful completion of university studies in Business Administration with additional technical know-how, Business Engineering or a comparable qualification
Initial practical experience – ideally in consulting and/or the rail sector including know-how of technological issues
Good strategic and entrepreneurial skills
Enthusiasm and interest in technical issues
Initiative and convincing personality
Quick to understand complex issues, willing to learn, and ability to effectively solve problem
Very good German and English language skills
