In its capacity as a management consulting company, quattron has supported international customers in the traffic, transportation, logistics industries as well as providers of information, communication and management networks since 2002, with a focus on strategic infrastructure management.

quattron is an independent consulting firm that is based on the extensive experience of its three founders as top management consultants. The growth of the company is based on the mission pursued by the founders, namely to develop methodologically effective, customised and feasible solutions and to establish a partnership-based rapport with clients during the implementation of the projects. Accordingly, the entire consulting team at quattron is characterised by comprehensive technical and social competencies along with extensive industry and consulting experience. The entire quattron network consists of approximately 100 consultants and experts, mainly at the senior level, and forms another important pillar in quattron’s success.

quattron’s consulting services cover all areas of company management and range from strategy development to the supervision of implementation processes. The consulting spectrum comprises management and technology services as well as program management.

Our Managing Partner


Stefan Lossau

Industrial engineer (Diplom) specialized in technology strategy/management, (re)organization and business process optimization as well as structuring and managing larger projects and programs. Other areas of expertise include market and potential analysis, customer relationship management (CRM) and post merger integration. Mr. Lossau has extensive experience in developing technology strategies, conducting reorganization projects and managing major projects. He is specialized in industries involving infrastructure companies such as railway companies and airports. He has been working in the international IT and top management consulting field since 1995 and worked as a consultant at SAP CRM Consulting, DETECON and Arthur D. Little International before co-founding quattron.

Stefan Lossau

Dr. Silvio Döring

Attorney at law specialized in strategy development, organization and corporate finance as well as structuring and managing larger programs and projects. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, post merger integration and life cycle management. Dr. Döring also has extensive experience in business planning, investment planning/feasibility studies, renovation planning, conducting negotiations, integrated communication and supplier management. His industry specialization includes railway infrastructure, travel management, telecommunications and public sector mandates. He has been working as a consultant and lawyer in the international top management consulting sector since 1994 and was previously employed at companies such as Arthur D. Little International.
