Planning and configuring telecommunications networks
Optimum planning by qualified telecommunications engineers
quattron takes over the operational mobile planning, the operational fixed network planning and the operational construction planning using the mobile network or fixed network strategy.
Operational Mobile Planning
After developing the basic mobile network strategy quattron telecommunications engineers take over the operational mobile planning for the respective radio sites for all current radio standards of private mobile communications (4G, 5G), railway radio (GSM-R and FRMCS) and BOS/authority radio (TETRA). We provide all planning services for individual radio sites.
Operational Fixed Network Planning
After developing the basic fixed network strategy our telecommunications engineers take over the operational fixed network planning for the individual measures such as route supply, radio mast supply, or building supply. Depending on requirements, these fixed network connections are implemented as fiber optic cables or radio relay connections or radio relay connections for the operational implementation of the respective connection routes.
Operational construction planning for telecommunications and cable infrastructure
Our engineers also create plans for the passive infrastructure of:
- Radio sites (new mast or rooftop sites, retrofits or extensions)
- Fiber optics in the public telecommunications environment or along railway lines
- For power lines (low voltage, medium voltage, high and extra-high voltage grids) as well as earthing and lightning protection measures and, if necessary, including the installation/accommodation of communication technology equipment (e.g. feeder cables, remote radio units, system technology cabinets, cable distributors etc.)
quattron’s planning services are based on HOAI service phases (1 to 9) or according to individual project-related service definitions
