quattron takes over the management of individual (large-scale) projects. quattron project managers are senior project managers who have many years of experience and take an entrepreneurial approach while working alongside the client’s overall project manager. The quattron project manager fully supports the client’s overall project manager with delegable tasks and responds specifically to management requirements and the project environment.
If required by our client, quattron is able to offer interim management services by temporarily supporting the client project manager. Once the client has its own staff, the client’s employee is trained, and the task is then handed over.
In line with our integrated PM approach, quattron’s project manager handles specific tasks from the spectrum of strategic project management:
- Coordination and efficient interface management with the client, technological and business side
- Optimal use of resources, integration of highly specialized experts
- External project communication and change management measures
- Preparation of resolutions, management presentations

As project manager, quattron takes on tasks from the spectrum of traditional project management:
- Defining and coordinating the project objectives
- Planning the entire project and its separate areas (tasks, dependencies, responsibilities, deadlines, costs, capacity, quality, etc.)
- Implementing the underlying contracts, initiating and enforcing necessary measures
- Organizing the project team in terms of optimal resource allocation and motivation
- Coordinating the cooperation of all internal and external project participants at the defined interfaces with external companies and suppliers
- Managing and controlling the entire project (deadlines, tasks, responsibilities, budget/costs, financing/liquidity assurance, quality)
- Active internal and external project communication
- Controlling the flow of information and documents
- Meaningful project controlling and reporting
